The GAS-TEC 300 is
fitted with a gas tank holding 10 grams of butane gas, which is incorporated
in the handle and capable
of withstanding high gas pressure (65 BAR standard
specification).
It will operate for up to 1 hour from a full tank of gas,
depending upon usage. It can be refilled in seconds (10 seconds to fill
from empty) using standard cigarette lighter gas refills, which are easily
available from a local supplier.
To load, just hold the tool upside down and insert gas
refill nozzle into the valve at the bottom of the
handle while keeping the gas can vertical. Press down tightly to ensure the gas is entering the tank and not
being released into the air. Check the inspection window to see when the
tank is full.
