The GAS-TEC 500
is a cordless glue gun that runs on butane gas. It does not require
mains electricity but can be simply recharged from a standard cigarette
lighter gas refill. These refills are low cost and readily available.
Load the gun with standard 12mm TECBOND hotmelt adhesive sticks, then
after an initial 5 minute warm up, the tool will dispense up to 1.6
kilos of molten hotmelt per hour. The heavy duty design and high output
of this tool means that it is the preferred choice for both
professional and industrial users who have a requirement for
cordless operation. The unique portability of the
GAS-TEC 500 allows the gun to go to the
work rather than bringing the work to the glue gun. Applications
include: shop-fitting; exhibition displays; shop window displays;
theatre scenery; flooring/carpet fitting; ceramic tile displays; fixing
low voltage telephone and burglar alarm wiring; warehouse repacking;
security checking/resealing of boxes; fruit/vegetable packing on site;
