DELIVERY METHODS
Delivery Methods within the UK:
Items for delivery within the UK
will be despatched via a recorded delivery service at a cost of £10 per
order.
Delivery Methods outside the UK:
Orders for delivery outside the UK
will not be processed until delivery costs have been determined and agreed
with the customer.
RETURNS
& REFUNDS POLICY
Return of unwanted items:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy
with your purchase, you may return it in its original unused condition
within 30 days for a full refund. If the returned item is found to have
been opened, be damaged or require re-boxing then a rectification/re-boxing
charge will be deducted from any refund. Please notify Customer Service
before returning the item.
Return of items found to be
incorrect:
If you receive an item that you did
not order (an incorrect item) you may return within 30 days for a refund or
replacement. Please notify Customer Service before returning the
item.
Return of items found to be
damaged in transit:
If you take delivery of a package
and you find that the contents have been damaged in transit, you must notify
us within 3 working days of receipt, and you must return the item(s) to us
within 30 calendar days for a refund or exchange. Please notify Customer
Service of the damage before returning the item.
Return of items found to be
faulty:
If an item is found to be faulty,
either on receipt or within its warranty period, you may return it for
rectification (or, at our discretion, replacement). Please notify
Customer Service before returning the item.
Our returns policy does not affect
your statutory rights.
PRIVACY POLICY
Under
no circumstances will we trade or sell your customer details. We will,
however, pass your details on to your nearest Power Adhesives’ distributor,
who may able better able to service your future needs.
In
order to update you with any special offers, our local distributor and
ourselves may send e-mails to our customers. If you would prefer not to
receive these e-mails, there’s an unsubscribe link in every one.
Please
be aware that, in order to improve your shopping experience with Power
Adhesives, we may use personal information that we collect about you to
carry out market research - this is in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998.
