As well as being a more environmentally friendly alternative to solvent-based adhesives, the application system ensures there’s no hazardous waste product, removing specialised disposal costs. Additionally, vactac® adhesives provide a higher instant tack than most other positioning adhesives, with ample open times allowing accurate fibre positioning without the risk of the adhesive drying before the bond is made.

Extremely robust 43mm (1¾″) spray glue gun with power-on light. Designed for industrial use, it sprays hotmelt at any angle with adjustable spray pattern. A non-toxic adhesive spray system, it covers large areas and applies hot melt to heat-sensitive substrates without damage. 7 bar (100psi) 85L/min (3 cfm) air supply required.

Which vactac® adhesive?

Vactac® adhesives have been specially formulated for use with vacuum infused composites. With their aggressive tack and long open time, they offer more safety and flexibility for the user

Vactac 100

Open time : Up to 5 mins

Off-white adhesive, nearly invisible once applied. Its very aggressive tack ensures an almost instant bond upon compression

TDS SDS

Vactac 200

Open time : Up to 5 mins

Dark-amber adhesive for easy visibility when applying. Its very aggressive tack ensures an almost instant bond upon compression. Higher output than vactac 100

TDS SDS

Vactac 330

Open time : Up to 7 mins

Dark red adhesive for use with the coat-weight camera. Easily visible during application with longer open time for larger applications
