Tecbond 425

Tecbond 425 is a sprayable hot melt adhesive formulated for use with Tec spray applicators.

Designed as a general-purpose adhesive, Tecbond 425 has the highest initial tack of any Tecbond spray grade, ideal for applications that experience high tension upon compression. Suitable for use on wood, many plastics and heat-sensitive materials such as foams and expanded polystyrene, it’s lower viscosity allows for a better physical bond on more porous substrates.

Der Klebstoff kühlt nach der Extrusion schnell ab, so dass er nicht schmilzt oder empfindliche Substrate verbrennt, während die erhöhte Deckkraft für eine viel stärkere Verbindung sorgt, als dies mit herkömmlichen Raupenpistolen möglich ist.

Tecbond 425 is UL 2395 certified for bonding insulation in heating and cooling appliances. The UL Standard 2395 tests the adhesive for hot and cold temperature resistance, moisture resistance, flame spread and smoke development.
