Tecbond 345

Tecbond 345 is a fast-setting, white packaging adhesive, providing versatile adhesion to difficult substrates.

Designed to be used mainly on paper and board, its instant grab capabilities mean it can bond coated surfaces, such as UV varnish, that other adhesives would otherwise struggle with. The adhesive structure is based on the latest metallocene catalysed polyolefin elastomers.

Along with its class-leading bond strength and versatility, Tecbond 345 has been designed to withstand temperatures as low as -40 °C, making it the ideal adhesive for products stored in deep freeze.

Knottec 7713

Knottec 7713 is a polyamide hot melt filler specifically formulated for the fast and long-lasting repair of wood defects, including knots, scratches, splits, and large voids.

Available in 17 different colours to match any shade of wood finish, Knottec 7713 provides tough, hard-wearing repairs on indoor hardwood objects such as wooden doors, hardwood flooring, and furniture.

Requiring very little preparation and working time, Knottec 7713 is most commonly used in the hardwood flooring industry as an alternative to wood putties and epoxies.

Tecbond 7784

Tecbond 7784 is an amber product assembly adhesive designed for use on metal, wood, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. Tecbond 7784 has been specially formulated to provide both high and low-temperature resistance, with strong and flexible bonds at temperatures as high as 120°C and as low as -60°C. This makes it especially useful for many product-assembly and electrical applications involving working machinery.

As with many other polyamide adhesives, 7784 is resistant to most oils, fuels, and grease as well as mild chemicals. It is commonly used in car engines and oil filters to not only hold components in place but also prevent some components from coming into contact with each other (such as oil filter fins).

Tecbond 213

Tecbond 213 is an EVA-based general-purpose hot melt adhesive designed to bond substrates commonly used in product assembly applications and the flooring industry.

Excellent bonds can be achieved on ceramics, rigid PVC, hard and soft woods, fabric, and many plastics. Outside of product assembly, Tecbond 213 is also used in the flooring and woodworking industries, thanks to its strong bonding capabilities.

Featuring a high tack and ample open time, Tecbond 213 is one of the most efficient and cost-effective general-purpose hot melt adhesives on the market today.

Tecbond 214

Tecbond 214 is an economical packaging adhesive designed for use on most paper and board substrates. Tecbond 214 is one of the best-selling packaging adhesives due to its strong bonding capabilities, high molten tack, and fast setting speeds.

Formulated using 40% bio-based materials, Tecbond 214’s short open time speeds up carton closing procedures, with no need for extended holding or clamping periods after compression. Coupled with the adhesives cost per closure, Tecbond 214 is the ideal replacement for staples or tape for cardboard bonding applications.

Tecbond 232

Tecbond 232 is a clear general-purpose hot melt adhesive designed to provide excellent adhesion to fabrics. Predominantly used for product assembly and recreational applications, Tecbond 232 will also achieve strong bonds on untreated wood, paper, and many board substrates.

Tecbond 232 has exceptional gap-filling properties thanks to its high viscosity, and the finished bonds are resistant to temperatures as low as -30°C.

Tecbond 238

Tecbond 238 is a clear construction adhesive for attaching PVC and ABS plastics to a variety of materials, including wood, brick, plasterboard, steel beams, and painted surfaces.

Designed for use by electricians and trades people, Tecbond 238 is suitable for mounting trunking, junction boxes, PIRS, smoke detectors, CCTV cameras, and cabling to walls and beams. It provides a faster and less destructive alternative to nails and screws.

Tecbond 239

Tecbond 239 is a crystal-clear general-purpose hot melt adhesive designed to provide strong bonds on wood, paper and card. Predominantly a crafting adhesive, Tecbond 239 is used in many product assembly applications when a near see-through adhesive is needed.

Tecbond 239’s high viscosity makes it an ideal adhesive for gap filling applications. Finished bonds are resistant to temperatures as low as -30°C.

Tecbond 240

Tecbond 240 is a versatile and cost-effective all-purpose adhesive designed to provide tough, long-lasting bonds on a wide variety of materials, including wood, paper, card, light-gauge metals, and many plastics.

Used across a variety of industries including recreational, construction, packaging, and product assembly, Tecbond 240 is a clear adhesive that can be pigmented in almost any colour. Not only does this enable it to be used as a decorative material as well as an adhesive, but it also allows customers to match colours to their projects or brands.

Tecbond 242

Tecbond 242 is a crystal clear, high-performance product assembly adhesive formulated to provide excellent adhesion to wood, paper, card, light gauge metals, many plastics such as PVC, acrylics, and painted surfaces.

Tecbond 242’s ample open time coupled with its high viscosity will allow plenty of time for substrates to be fixed without the worry of sagging on vertical surfaces.

Tecbond 246

Tecbond 246 is an EVA-based, high viscosity hot melt adhesive formulated for use in PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) applications. Tecbond 246 will work on most smooth surfaces including painted and some varnished surfaces.

The adhesives high bond strength after compression ensures it doesn’t fail during the dent pulling process. Despite its high bond strength, the adhesive is easily removable with isopropyl alcohol or other similar PDR release agents.

Tecbond 248

Tecbond 248 is an acrylic-based, clear hot melt adhesive designed to provide exceptional adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including many plastics that otherwise have proved difficult to bond.

Excellent bonds can be achieved on wood, fabric, leather, concrete, rubber, glass, ceramics, and most metals. 248 has also been widely used on many plastics, such as PVC, polycarbonate, and acrylic thanks to its strong chemical bonding capabilities.

The grade is the go-to for many hardwood flooring and carpet installers due to its instant grab and good open time. Once applied, 248 will maintain its high tack for around a minute, allowing flooring or tack strips to be accurately positioned before compression.
