The Tec 7100 is an extremely high output hot melt applicator for use in applications where the operator requires consistent adhesive with minimal to no downtime. Using a combination of electrical and pneumatic power, the tool features a speed loading system for faster reloading. Alongside this, the Tec 7100 can apply adhesive consistently using a single trigger pull, reducing operator fatigue. Working in tandem with the selection of 43mm Tecbond adhesives, the Tec 7100 is the most powerful and robust hot melt bead applicator on the market.

Building on the standard set by the Tec 6100, the Tec 7100 has been designed for operators who need a constant supply of hot melt adhesive, for much larger-scale applications. Using compressed air to power the feed mechanism, the single-click trigger system improves both the overall output, as well as taking the effort out of application.

To complement its high output, the Tec 7100 features the speed loader mechanism, allowing the user to add three additional adhesive slugs to the gun so the feed mechanism can be quickly and easily refilled when you’re out of glue.

Compatible with the Tecbond range of 43mm adhesive slugs, the Tec 7100 has an output of 5kg per hour thanks to the improved heating system, whilst only weighing a kilo more than the Tec 6100. This additional power and improved heating element also decreases warm-up speeds, so you can start working within minutes.

As with the other Tec applicators, the Tec 7100 has a removable base for reaching into tight areas. Depending on the scenario, the tool comes with the choice of three, six or 12 metre cordsets, so nothing is out of reach.

Certified with UKCA, CE, & UL approvals & a 12-month warranty, the Tecbond 7100 bridges the gap between bonding with shaped and bulk adhesives.
