A class leader in output and efficiency, the Tec 830 is the go-to hot melt tool for more demanding applications. Commonly used in the wood repair, foundry and product assembly markets, it is the most advanced and high output stick tool in the Tec range.

Unlike the Tec 810, the Tec 830 has interchangeable thermostat modules that work with the internal PCB to maintain the set temperature, even through consistent use. This keeps users working for longer, with minimal-to-no downtime.

Alongside the upgraded heater system, the Tec 830 comes with a choice of two removable stands; the standard plastic base, and a new metal clip-in base that conforms to UKCA, CE and UL safety standards.

If the tool is inactive for more than 15 minutes, it will enter standby mode to both conserve energy, and minimise the risk of glue melt back. These features along with the Tec standards of a full-length hand trigger and overmoulded rubber grip, make the Tec 830 the premium hot melt tool for high-paced applications.
