Vactac 780

Vactac 780 is a long open time, 15mm stick adhesive for bonding ancillaries in the vacuum infusion process including vacuum bags, tubing and kitting.

The adhesive provides excellent bonds to a wide range of substrates including wood, light-gauge metals and many plastics including PVC and nylon.

After compression of the substrates, bonds can be adjusted for up to three minutes, allowing for repositioning if necessary. Once set, the final bond is more flexible than Vactac 740, important in scenarios where small movements may occur further on in the production process.
