VOC-free solution

Unlike traditional solvent-based spray adhesives used for foam bonding, our hot melt solutions are VOC-free with no harmful contaminants given off in the application process. This removes the need for personal PPE or air extraction equipment in factories, which can also help to reduce costs.

Low risk of mould formation

Water-based adhesive systems rely on water evaporation for curing. This trapped moisture within the foam can lead to mould growth and unpleasant odours. Tecbond sprayable hot melt adhesives set rather than cure, with no moisture released during the process, removing the worry of potential mould growth in the finished mattress.
