Tecbond 420

Tecbond 420 is a sprayable hot melt adhesive formulated for use with both Tec spray applicators and bulk machinery including XY Plotters.

Tecbond 420 is a general-purpose adhesive, primarily used in the manufacture of mattresses and HVAC units, but can also be used as a carpet adhesive, replacing the need for nails and tacks around stair nosing and skirting boards.

Its three-minute open time allows for the accurate positioning of substrates prior to compression, without the worry of the adhesive losing its tack.
