Speeding up HVAC Assembly with Tecbond Sprayable Hot Melts

With temperatures reaching record highs across the world during the summer period, the demand for HVAC units in households and workplaces continues to rise.

Manufacturers are facing the prospect of huge influxes of orders in preparation for next year’s summer, which will lead many to start thinking about the efficiency of both their product and production processes.

With the heatwave seemingly coming to an end, now is the ideal time for manufacturers to begin exploring alternative bonding technologies that could help them increase speed of production, without causing major production disruptions on introduction.

The addition of insulation

More modern HVAC units contain some form of insulation. Depending on the type of insulation and the area, this can either be used to reduce temperature loss inside of the unit, or prevent moisture from forming on components such as pipework.

It’s slowly becoming an essential part of HVAC systems that helps to reduce energy consumption, which in turn, will lower the customer’s running costs. Furthermore, it can help to preserve equipment inside of the unit, leading to a reduction in the number of callouts and repairs.

How the insulation is installed is another question. Careful consideration needs to be taken given the conditions a bond or fitting would need to withstand, including moisture and high temperatures. Alongside this, an adhesive or fixing will most likely need to bond to a number of different substrates including metal, foils, plastics, composite materials and of course, the insulation material itself.

Tecbond sprayable hot melts

The Tecbond spray system is an established technology that enables manufacturers to safely and securely bond a wide variety of construction and assembly materials without the usual drawbacks of other sprayable systems such as water and solvent-based adhesives.

Utilising compressed air alongside traditional hot melt technology, the system “spiralises” the hot melt, spreading it very finely over a wider area than can be achieved with a standard hot melt tool. Not only is this more effective for large surface bonding, hot melts are VOC-free, helping to reduce reliance on respiratory PPE associated with solvent-based systems.

For HVAC assembly specifically, Tecbond hot melts are a great option for securing insulation and other non structural components. Integrating these hot melts would present manufacturers with an initial cost saving, without causing huge changes or disruption to current production processes.

The biggest advantage hot melts have over the more established alternatives is their speed of set. Hot melts provide near instant bonds across a range of different materials, meaning manufacturers don’t have to wait several hours before moving the product through the production process. Alongside this, Tecbond sprayable hot melts have ample open time, allowing for larger pieces of material to be positioned and bonded, without the worry of the adhesive solidifying too early.

When the final bond is in place, the hot melt is unaffected by moisture, making it an ideal solution for bonding insulation to components that are prone to condensation buildup, and even prevent them from forming condensation entirely in the case of refrigerant lines.

To meet the rising demand for additional safety specifications, many Tecbond formulations are also UL 2395 certified, supporting compliance with relevant fire performance requirements, and ensuring long term performance under HVAC’s operating temperatures. This certification is updated yearly to ensure the adhesive always meets specifications.

How do hot melts compare with other HVAC adhesives?

Although limited to certain applications within units, Tecbond hot melt compares particularly well against some of the most common bonding methods currently used.

The table below highlights the strengths and potential limitations of each bonding method, and where hot melts may offer an advantage.

A faster, simpler route to HVAC bonding

As HVAC manufacturers prepare for potentially increased demand, improving assembly efficiency will be just as important as improving the performance of the unit itself.

Tecbond sprayable hot melts offer a practical solution for manufacturers looking to bond insulation and other non-structural materials quickly, without compromising on bond strength. Where speed of set, wide-area coverage, certification and process simplicity are priorities, these hot melts can provide a valuable alternative to more time-consuming bonding methods.

People of Power Adhesives – Ellis Fowler – Marketing Executive

This month’s People of Power blog focuses on our Marketing Executive, Ellis Fowler.

Ellis joined us an apprentice back in 2021 and he’s spent the past five years going from strength to strength. From using his copywriting skills and product knowledge to construct persuasive product narratives, to managing Power’s digital channels and creating eye-catching content, Ellis plays a key role in our marketing efforts, and has now started to plan and manage projects of his own.

Ellis looks back at his journey and development so far, and ahead to Power’s future.

Background & Journey

1. How did your journey with Power Adhesives begin?

I joined the company in 2021 as an apprentice doing a Junior Content Production course. I was mostly writing planning and writing copy for social posts, blogs and emails.

2. What made you choose to stay with the company for so long?

The variety of work and my colleagues. As others have said previously, no two days are the same which keeps me motivated. One day I’ll be doing graphics for social posts, the next I’ll be recording some video footage for an upcoming promotional video. Couple that with colleagues that are always willing to lend a hand, and you can’t ask for much more.

3. How has your role evolved over the years?

After I’d finished my apprenticeship, I started taking on more responsibilities and branching out into other areas of marketing. I now look after most of the company’s digital media, while helping the Marketing Manager plan and execute new projects.

4. How would you describe the company culture in three words?

Collaborative, pioneering, supportive

Innovation & Leadership

5. What’s one innovation or project you’ve worked on that you’re most proud of?

Probably the updates to our Vactac system. From helping to design and plan our stand at JEC World from 2023 to 2025, to creating new pieces of video content, it’s a real joy to see how far it’s come and how many companies have adopted the system.

6. How does Power Adhesives stay ahead in the industry?

The consistent drive to design and produce new technologies. To this day, the Tec spray applicators are unmatched when it comes to hot melt spray tools that don’t involve bulk tanks. The introduction of the first fully-certified biodegradable hot melt is something I’ve seen from the beginning, and the desire to make sure there are no “gaps” in the product is a testament to how much both the company and people care about what we’re producing.

7. How have you seen technology or processes change since you started?

The technology since I’ve started has advanced and scaled in line with customer demand. Upgrades to the Tec 7300 spray tool, and the new series of 3000 tools have helped Power remain at the forefront of hand-held hot melt tooling.

People & Teamwork

8. What do you enjoy most about working with your team?

Getting work completed on time, to a high standard, but making the whole experience enjoyable. We pick each other up when we’re down and collaborate on difficult jobs to make them as simple as possible.

9. Are there any mentors or colleagues who have had a big impact on your career?

The previous company photographer Mark Ridgeway, took me under his wing when I first started and taught me how to apply practical knowledge across different scenarios and applications. I’d never really had a love for photography, but I found myself enjoying it more and more under his tutelage. I’ve also got a fantastic relationship with my manager Carly Newman. She’s supported me throughout everything I’ve done at Power, and encouraged me to take on new challenges whenever they’re presented to me.

Future

10. Where do you see Power Adhesives heading in the next 5–10 years?

I can see Power Adhesives becoming a much more prominent name in the adhesives industry than they already are, with the biodegradable adhesives being a particular driving force for the growth.

People of Power Adhesives Michelle Swinge – Sales Support Coordinator

Next up in our People of Power spotlight: Michelle Swinge, one of our brilliant Sales Support Coordinators.

Michelle joined Power Adhesives in late 2024, and brought a wealth of customer service experience to the team. Responsible for looking after customers in the EMEA & APAC regions, Michelle reflected on her first few years at Power, her progression during that time, and where she sees Power in the future.

Background & Journey

1. How did your journey with Power Adhesives begin?

I came from the publishing industry where I worked in international sales.  So having been made redundant, I wanted another role within sales support and the role at Power Adhesives was ideal.  I work with mainly our European customers, along with our customers in Australia, NZ, India, Asia, South Africa and UAE.

2. What made you choose to stay with the company for so long?

I’ve just completed 2 years with the company.  I work with a great team and there’s a friendly culture at Power Adhesives.  Staff wellbeing is really important here and I enjoy the various activities that are organised throughout the year.  I also work with great customers from across the globe.

3. How has your role evolved over the years?

Within a year I was training and mentoring new team members.  Supporting other departments, which has been great for training and getting to know other colleagues throughout the business.  I now carry out audits within the company.

4. How would you describe the company culture in three words?

Friendly, supportive, ambitious.

Innovation & Leadership

5. What’s one innovation or project you’ve worked on that you’re most proud of?

One of things I’m most proud of is developing and maintaining a centralised system to closely monitor our international orders from the point of order through to dispatch. It gives me a clear overview of open orders and their progress, helping me stay organised and ensure nothing gets missed.

With international customers, there can be a lot of moving parts, so having a clear overview allows me to stay proactive rather than simply reacting when something goes wrong. It helps me identify potential delays early, coordinate with the relevant teams and keep our distributors updated with accurate, real-time information.

Although it’s something that happens behind the scenes, I’m proud of the difference it makes to our customer service. Our distributors know where their orders stand, what they can expect and that their orders are being actively monitored. For me, it’s about making the whole process as smooth and reliable as possible.

6. How does Power Adhesives stay ahead in the industry?

Putting our customers first and listening to them.  Continuing to develop our products and be the best at what we do.

7. How have you seen technology or processes change since you started?

The development of new applicators and adhesives, in particular biodegradable adhesives.  We have also implemented a new CRM.

People & Teamwork

8. What do you enjoy most about working with your team?

Everyone is friendly here and we get on really well.  We support and help each other and we have a really supportive manager.

9. Are there any mentors or colleagues who have had a big impact on your career?

Yes, when I joined the team I had a great mentor who had 20 years experience in the industry.  I was able to gain valuable knowledge of the customers and our products.

Future

10. Where do you see Power Adhesives heading in the next 5–10 years?

Continuing to grow and be at the forefront of biodegradable adhesives.

Why now is the ideal time to switch to biodegradable adhesives

Governments are beginning to take more action on rising waste volumes, and to achieve long-term climate goals. In line with these initiatives, the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) was announced in early 2025, with the first legal framework published in February of that year.

From that point, product manufacturers and their distribution partners needed to begin the process of understanding what their product and transport packaging contained.

With new legislations being enforced from 12th August that focus on a reduction in certain materials, and manufacturers needing to provide a Declaration of Conformity for every packaging type entering the EU, this represents an ideal time for manufacturers, suppliers and converters to look into all their packaging components, including adhesives, and switching out materials that could threaten their ability to meet compliance criteria further down the line.

The role of adhesives – Thinking about the future

Certain packaging formats, such as tea bags, fruit stickers, and very lightweight carrier bags, must be compostable in industrial composting facilities by mid-2027. Adhesives used in these products will need to be proven compostable to maintain compliance.

And from 2035, packaging must be recyclable at scale. Meaning it’s collected, sorted, and processed in real-world recycling systems. Adhesives that contaminate recovered fibres or disrupt processing will count against recyclability scoring.

Despite making up a very small percentage of the overall packaging, adhesives play a pivotal role in recyclability or compostability of packaging, particularly under PPWR.

Currently, many adhesives used to assemble/close cartons are considered contaminants in common recycling and composting streams, as they can clog machinery, or invalidate a composting certification.

Even when adhesives are scraped from the substrate prior to recycling or composting, most are not designed to break down under naturally occurring circumstances, and end up being sent to landfill where they just sit with the rest of the waste. This is where companies are beginning to consider more eco-conscious alternatives.

It’s important to understand however, that not all “sustainable” adhesives are created equal, and not all are designed with end-of-life treatment in mind.

Adhesives claiming to be “sustainable” could fall under many different categories including:

  • Bio-based – Made from biological and renewable resources.
  • Biodegradable – Something that breaks down into simpler substances, under specified conditions, and can then be consumed by micro-organisms.
  • Recyclable – Material that can be used again, usually after undergoing an industrial process.
  • Compostable – Materials that can be used as compost upon their eventual decay.

It’s therefore important for manufacturers to do sufficient research, and understand the most likely (and appropriate) end-of-life stream their packaging will end up in, and choose the adhesive accordingly.

Biodegradable vs Recyclable: What’s the difference?

Despite both being sustainability claims, adhesives being biodegradable does not mean they’re recyclable and vice-versa.

Recyclability concerns whether a material or packaging item can enter a recycling process and be converted into usable material.

Biodegradability concerns whether a material can break down through biological processes under appropriate conditions.

Choosing a biodegradable adhesive isn’t about replacing the need for recyclable packaging. Instead, it can be considered as another way of reducing the environmental impact of the materials used within that packaging.

So why choose a biodegradable hot melt?

Adhesives are an overlooked component when manufacturers are looking for more eco-conscious methods to attain their sustainability goals and reach compliance under PPWR. If now is the time manufacturers are looking at every other component in their packaging, why should the adhesive be exempt?

Although not always recyclable, biodegradable adhesives are far less likely to contaminate recycling streams, especially if this adhesive is certified to standards that reflect a components impact in recycling processes, such as CHIRA.

Moreover, if you choose an adhesive with official certifications, it can bolster your own product and make your business more credible.

Why Tecbond biodegradable presents the ideal solution

For carton converters already using hot melts, Tecbond Biodegradable hot melt adhesives are a quick, easy solution that slot straight into established production processes. The adhesives are all based on established products in the Tecbond range, but formulated to biodegrade in naturally occurring environmental conditions.

Released in 2024, with new adhesive solutions added in 2025 and 2026 respectively, the range covers all packaging applications and machinery, from manual packaging solutions requiring a handheld glue gun, to large-scale bulk machinery where application and setting speed is crucial.

What sets the Tecbond range apart from other biodegradable options, is the certification and thorough testing conducted on them to ensure they’re compatible with PPWR legislation. These certifications include:

  • ASTM D6400 – A standard specification in the United States for solid material biodegradation in industrial composting conditions. Covers plastics and product made from plastics.
  • EN13432 – The European standard inclusive of ASTM D6400, as well as measuring soil and eco toxicity and disintegration.
  • CHIRA – Packaging evaluation to determine material is non-impactful in fibre-based recycling processes. Conducted by Cyclos-HTP institute.

The biodegradation process begins upon exposure to UV light and oxygen. These initiate the breakdown of the long-chain polymers, giving micro-organisms the ability to consume the material as they would with natural waste.

This irreversible process only requires the consistent presence of oxygen to continue the breakdown, with the addition of heat accelerating the process. Once the adhesive has fully broken down, the only material left behind is a mixture of non-harmful products (in line with specifications tested in EN13432).

Conclusion

If PPWR is making you rethink your packaging, why stop at just the materials and coatings? Once businesses have considered whether their packaging can be recycled, they can start looking at the individual components that make up the packaging. By switching from a conventional adhesive to a biodegradable alternative, manufacturers have another opportunity to consider the environmental impact of their packaging without compromising the performance of the adhesive itself.

With regulations becoming more stringent, and the 2027 compostable products deadline fast approaching, now is the perfect time to look at how Tecbond biodegradable adhesives can keep your products compliant, and even run significant trials to make sure they’re the right fit.

Future

10. Where do you see Power Adhesives heading in the next 5–10 years?

I think Power Adhesives will continue innovating and challenging what’s possible with hot melt adhesives, while expanding into new markets and strengthening its distributor base even further.

30 Years of Tecbond Sprayable Hot Melts

It’s been over 30 years since Power Adhesives first launched the now tried and trusted Tecbond sprayable hot melt system. It has become synonymous with the business, with the company becoming the first to pioneer the idea of sprayable adhesives in a hand-held hot melt tool, without the need of a bulk tank.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re taking a look back at the history of the Tecbond spray system and how it has become a hugely important part of manufacturing processes across many industries.

A Brief History of Tecbond Spray

The Tecbond spray system differs from many other sprayable hot melt systems because it does not require a bulk tank or lots of additional electronic components to function.

As a specialist in shaped hot melt adhesives, Power Adhesives recognised a gap in the market for industries that needed a portable spray adhesive system that was VOC-free and more eco-conscious than the alternatives available, primarily solvent-based spray can adhesives.

However, its creation was not without challenges. Many early attempts at a sprayable hot melt were unsuccessful because, in solid form, the adhesive was far too soft. This caused issues when feeding the glue through the tool, as its malleability led to glue backup and melt back.

In the early 1990s, new polymers were developed that allowed for the formulation of hot melts that were less malleable in solid form, while still retaining sufficient open time and bonding capability once sprayed. Once this adhesive was perfected, the company created a unique version of its 4000 Series tool: the 4200, which adapted the output nozzle and used a compressed air feed to generate the spray-like pattern produced by bulk tank systems.

Alongside its user safety benefits, the release of this system also allowed smaller manufacturers to work with a sprayable hot melt system, as the setup was far cheaper than the existing bulk systems on the market.

Fast forward 30 years, and the technology has come a long way. The Tecbond spray range currently includes five different formulations for a variety of applications, along with two separate tools to suit different budgets and output requirements.

How the system works

The Tecbond spray range uses compressed air to create its unique spray/swirl pattern. Much like a traditional glue gun, the tool contains a high-powered heating mechanism that, once up to temperature, can melt more than 4 kg of adhesive per hour.

Once the hot melt is loaded into the tool, compressed air forces the feed mechanism down, pushing the glue slugs into the heating chamber. Once molten, the adhesive is forced to the nozzle in much the same way as a standard bead tool.

However, Tec spray tools have specially designed nozzles with fluted holes around the outside of the central opening from which the glue is dispensed. These fluted nozzles direct the remaining compressed air in a circular motion around the central nozzle, causing the extruded hot melt to swirl. This creates the final spiral pattern.

The pattern can be adjusted using the vortex adjustment screw on the back of the tool. This allows more air to pass through the flutes, causing the adhesive to spread further across the substrate, resulting in a much finer pattern.

The output quantity and pattern can also be changed by using a nozzle with a wider central orifice.

Spray pattern from a Tec hot melt glue gun on a dense dark foam

For more robust bonds, a more compact spiral pattern is recommended. For greater surface coverage, and for use on heat-sensitive materials, a wider, finer spiral is needed.

Industries That Have Adopted the Tecbond Spray System

One of the first industries to embrace this technology was the furniture industry. The greater portability of a handheld hot melt spray tool made it ideal for workers, as they could use the Tec glue gun in much the same way as the traditional solvent- and water-based solutions they were accustomed to.

With its ability to be used on heat-sensitive substrates, furniture manufacturers realised that it could be used across the entire build, from foam cushion bonding, fabric to foam bonds, and cushion to frame bonds.

Another benefit of hot melts in furniture production is their significantly faster setting speed, with zero risk of mould growth. Water-based adhesives can take several hours for the water to fully evaporate, and if any moisture remains, it can lead to mould growth in susceptible materials such as foam and fabric.

In recent years, vehicle manufacturers have adopted Tecbond spray technology for the health & safety advantages and substrate compatibility compared to the more commonly used solvent-based adhesives.

Because all Tecbond adhesives are VOC-free, workers do not require respiratory PPE when using them, and manufacturing facilities do not need air extraction or filtration equipment to operate safely. This allows businesses, especially start-ups, to significantly reduce equipment costs.

Tecbond spray adhesives also offer a much wider range of material compatibility than traditional alternatives. Manufacturers can replace two or three different adhesive systems with a single hot melt tool and one or two hot melt grades, streamlining the production process and, once again, reducing operational costs.

The Power Adhesives advantage

To this day, the range of sprayable hot melts and spray applicators from Power Adhesives remains the only reliable hot melt spray system on the global market. Combined with extensive industry knowledge and technical support from our sales team and lab technicians, Power Adhesives remains at the forefront of the hot melt adhesive market.

The Tecbond spray range revolutionised the industry in the 1990s and continues to evolve today.

Future

10. Where do you see Power Adhesives heading in the next 5–10 years?

I see us growing even further into new markets and becoming a well-known name globally.

Power Adhesives launches lightweight & portable Tec 306 hot melt applicator

Power Adhesives has launched the Tec 306-12 – the upgraded replacement for the Tec 305 tool, designed to provide more flexibility and portability for users.

Based on the same reliable technology and build quality as its predecessor, the Tec 306 now features a removable cable for applications requiring more portability.

Utilising the industry-standard IEC C7 power cable, the tool can be detached mid-operation, enabling cordless use for a short period of time whilst the heater is still at operating temperature.

This allows users the option to work temporarily unconstrained by a power cable and to adapt the applicator to different bonding needs.

Alex Zulewski, Commercial Director at Power Adhesives commented: “We’re excited to upgrade our most compact, lightweight 12mm applicator with the added benefit of portability and easier storage. The Tec 306 provides all best features of the Tec 305 that users expect, but with even more flexibility and value.”

Much like the Tec 305, the Tec 306 has a compact footprint and slim-line design for intricate bonding applications, with a warm-up time of under five minutes, so there’s no waiting around for the adhesive to melt.

Designed with user comfort in mind, the Tec 306 includes an adjustable full-hand trigger to reduce strain during extended use, and interchangeable nozzles to adapt to different bonding needs.

The Tec 306 can be used for a range of applications, including packaging and print, electrical functions like potting and encapsulation, woodworking and wood repair, arts & crafts, floristry, and DIY.

For best results, use the Tec 306 with the full range of Tecbond 12mm glue sticks from Power Adhesives.

Tecbond Spray vs Spray Cans – Why you should make the switch

When manufacturers are looking for a bonding solution that gives a near-instant hold and offers larger surface coverage, their initial thoughts are to look for an aerosol spray solution. For years, these options have provided a convenient and, on the surface, cheap solution to their issue.

However, over the past few years, scrutiny has increased around these adhesives, due to their impact on the environment, and the hazards they pose to workers if not used correctly. As these concerns continue to grow, manufacturers are beginning to rethink what they actually need from a spray adhesive. Rather than prioritising convenience alone, there is a clear shift towards solutions that offer greater control, improved safety, and reduced environmental impact – without compromising on performance.

This is where sprayable hot melt systems, such as the Tecbond spray range, are changing the way people approach their bonding tasks.

The drawback of aerosol spray adhesives

  • Health and Safety Risks – Although there is a major focus on the respiratory problems inhaling solvents can cause, this isn’t the only health and safety issue around solvent-based adhesive systems. Many people can experience skin and eye irritation when exposed to airborne solvents. They’re also highly flammable, and can combust when exposed to direct sunlight or increased room temperatures, so careful control of storage and working environment is required.
  • Environmental Impact – The volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) present in solvents are a huge contributor to air pollution, with evidence of both water contamination and soil pollution in scenarios where solvent-based products aren’t disposed of correctly.
  • Cost Inefficiencies – Although the initial cost outlay seems minimal when assessed per can of adhesive, most jobs will take several cans of adhesive to complete, which soon adds up, along with the associated disposal costs. Alongside this, many solvent-based adhesives are colourless when applied, leading to overspray and waste product.
  • Inconsistent application – Coupled with the overspray, many spray cans will experience changes in pressure and output dependant on how the adhesive is applied. This can lead to heavy patches and uneven coatings.

What are manufacturers looking for in an alternative?

The three main components most manufacturers are now looking for in an adhesive system are safety, speed, and bond strength. A solvent/VOC free solution is a great thing, but it’s difficult to adopt a different technology if it doesn’t meet the manufacturers time requirements, or bond the same substrates that a current or established solution does.

Moreover, if a solution can speed up processes, while providing the same bonding performance, it’s easier to integrate into the production cycle.

The Tecbond Spray System

Part of the Power Adhesives range of solutions, the Tecbond spray system utilises compressed air, in conjunction with hot melt technology to provide a more user-friendly, eco-conscious and faster alternative to spray cans.

Unlike a regular hot melt tool that dispenses adhesive in a bead, Tec spray tools such as the Tec 6300 and Tec 7300 create a swirl-like pattern that offers greater surface coverage and visibility, without minimising bonding quality.

The system is already widely used in the product assembly and construction industry, where it can be found as a component in mattresses, cushioned furniture, mobility equipment and vehicle interiors to name a few. In recent years, the system has been trialled in the high-pressure laminate industry when adding outer layers to worktops and indoor furnishings.

The key advantages over aerosols

  1. Safer for operators

As hot melts are 100% solid material and are VOC-free, there’s are minimal health & safety risks involved. The lack of harmful propellants means operators do not need any respiratory PPE when using the system, nor do businesses need any air extraction equipment to keep their workers safe.

  1. More environmentally responsible

Outside of user safety, the absence of VOCs means there’s no air pollution created from the bonding process. Additionally, there is no waste product either, so there’s a much lower risk of any soil or water pollution that’s usually associated with spray can disposal.

  1. Cost-Effectiveness

Unlike their solvent-based counterparts, Tecbond hot melts are visible when sprayed, allowing users to accurately control not only the amount of adhesive they’re applying, but where they’re applying it. This greatly reduces overspray and keeps the cost-per-bond down. Despite the initial outlay for equipment and setup, the long-term cost saving when comparing hot melt slugs to aerosol cans is significant.

  1. Overall Performance

Despite using less adhesive, Tecbond hot melts will match and even outperform the best solvent-based spray adhesives on almost any common building material. Not only this, but their speed of set is what really sets hot melts apart from other adhesives, particularly solvent-based types that require a “flashing-off” period of several hours. In comparison, Tecbond hot melts will provide a near-instant bond and set within minutes.

The next step in performance bonding

Aerosol spray adhesives are slowly becoming an outdated solution. Although convenient and easy to just grab-and-go, the issues around their safety and waste can not be overlooked by modern manufacturing businesses.

The Tecbond spray system is more than just another alternative, it’s the next step in a more eco-conscious look at bonding. By eliminating the need for propellants, reducing waste, and giving operators greater control, they address many of the long-standing challenges associated with traditional spray cans—without sacrificing performance.
